EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW WHEN GETTING YOUR NEW PIECE
1. HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?
Time frames can vary depending on the shipping method used; and the country and state from where you order. Typically, DHL takes 3 to 7 days to arrive. Costa Rican International Mail takes 2 to 3 weeks.

2. WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO CONTACT YOU?

3. ARE THE PAINTINGS ONE-OF-A-KIND PIECES?
Yes! Every painting I do is an original one-of-a-kind signed and dated on the back.
5. ARE THERE ANY ADITIONAL FEES OR COSTS?
Customs fees may apply depending on your country and state. These fees are just like any other regular custom fee placed for online shopping goods.
6. WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?
PayPal is the only accepted payment method for the shop section, however you can always contact me if you have any kind of difficulties with it.
7. WHICH COUNTRIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY?
All the 120 countries DHL works with. You can check their webpage or send me a message in case of any questions.
8. HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM OIL PORTRAIT COMISSION?
In the shop section. After placing the order all you have to do is send me your preferred picture for me to do. It doesn't matter if there are more than one person in the portrait.
